About Us:- NEA Hydraulics is an All-American, three generation family owned metal fabrication facility located in Jonesboro Arkansas that features a 250 ton, 12-foot press break and a 5×10 plasma table as well as employees with 15 years of welding experience. We aim to be the first name that comes to mind when you need work done such as general machine work, welding, fabrication, tooling, and CNC. If you can dream it… we can build it! We have the ability to build custom hoses as well as repair and custom build hydraulic cylinders. We can devise maintenance plans for your equipment, provide design and engineering services, repair worn down units, as well as providing complete installation and startup services.

We can complete your welding tasks either CNC or free hand either in shop or in the field. These processes include bending and press brake in addition to high definition plasma cutting and shearing. Since we are committed to satisfying every customer need that may arise, we offer 2D and 3D CAD capabilities and finishing services such as powder coating and polishing.

  6. 4. Tooling As a cutting tools distributor, we take the time to develop special tooling to reduce cycle times and increase productivity. We have the capabilities to do everything from custom index tooling to simple round tool modifications.
