Visit us often to stay on track with material, get questions answered, get the support you need, or just have a quiet place to work and think. • What the Academic Support Centers offer: • Math Learning Specialists on duty at all times to discuss your math and study skills, provide guidance, and refer you to helpful Center resources. • Workshops on Math and Study related topics • Math Handouts • Encouragement to work with students around you • Undergraduate math majors and professional tutors • What the Academic Support Centers don’t offer: • We do not do your homework for you • We do not do serve as a substitute for your Math lecture course at the Academic Support Centers for Daytona State College (DSC) • At the Academic Support Centers we are your partners for learning success, but you are ultimately responsible for your own work. • Math takes time to learn, and success requires a study routine ─ the DBCC Learning Centers are great places to accomplish this!
