Marty Stetzer – ProfileMarty helps frame the consulting approach for client projects • Marty Stetzer is the global Practice Leader for the Asset Portfolio Optimization consulting practice in Schlumberger Business Consulting (SBC), based in Houston. • Prior to SBC, he had over 13 years energy consulting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwCC). He worked with numerous international oil & gas company management's in engagements in strategy, business operations improvement, portfolio improvement, E-commerce and systems strategy. He recently was part of the PwC audit & risk management services organization - leading proposal and delivery design efforts in Sarbanes Oxley compliance. • Marty came to Schlumberger with 18 years of industry P&L experience with Superior Oil/Mobil, Wilson Industries and Exxon. • At Superior, he reported to the VP Production and organized a new 120-man department to service company wide projects and drilling & production operations. • His global experience with Esso included downstream capital project planning analysis, refining, supply, logistics and marketing in both USA and South East Asia locations. • Marty has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering Institute (co-op work-study) in Michigan and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh.
Jon Fuller – ProfileJon helps frame the technical approach for client projects • Jon Fuller is a Project Leader in the Asset Portfolio Optimization consulting practice in Schlumberger Business Consulting (SBC), based in Houston. • Prior to SBC, he had 7 years in Petroleum Reservoir Engineering initially with TOTAL, working • In the North Sea, Venezuela and Abu Dhabi, in increasing positions of responsibility. Positions included HPHT Exploration Reservoir Supervisor for TOTAL’s discovery of the Deep Jusepin field. Jon subsequently put the reservoir fast track development plan together for the field, that saw first oil, at 30,000 bopd from two wells onstream eighteen months after first discovery. • He worked with Monument Oil and Gas (now part of ENI-Agip) as Reservoir Supervisor on their FSU field re-developments in Turkmenistan. Jon was in charge of field development planning and production optimisation that saw the field go from 5,000 bopd to 11,000 bopd in 24 months. • He has spent the last 4 years working in Business Development for IndigoPool as an A&D advisor, where’s he been helping clients focused on N.Sea new entry, relationships with oil and gas financing institutions, and marketing of over $400 million of assets. • His global experience included portfolio analysis, oil and gas asset valuation, reserves management and oil and gas financing for projects in most of the major petroleum basins. • Jon has a Masters degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University, a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland and an MBA from INSEAD – France.
