Periodontal Screening and Recording system PSR • Specially designed probe • 0.5 mm ball tip • Colored from 3.5 t0 5.5 • The mouth is divided in sextants • 6 measurements around each tooth • With other findings, the deepest pocket in the sextant estimate the PSR Grade • Grade 0 to 4 and Grade * for each sextant
