  3. Pécs, situada 200 km al sur de Budapest, no lejos de las fronteras con Croacia y Serbia, es una ciudad a descubrir urgentemente. Pequeña joya mal conocida de Europa Central, esta ciudad dos veces milenarias es una Viena en miniatura. Protegida de los vientos del norte por las montañas, Pécs se enorgullece de su clima mediterráneo. De hecho, con sus almendros en flor y las terrazas de café que florecen aquí y allá en cuanto llega el buen tiempo, Pécs es una ciudad a la que le gusta lucirse… Sus edificios neoclásicos, barrocos y eclécticos en tonos amarillo mostaza o verde pistacho la convierten casi en una Viena en miniatura.
