How does it affect our every day life if we consume too much sodium? • Eating too much sodium will make your kidneys produce more urine to get rid of it, and if there is too much in your body, your kidneys will not be able to get rid of the excess, and that will increase the volume of the blood vessels in your body putting pressure on them
How does it affect weight lifting and exercise • Makes you gain weight, decreases stamina, and dehydrates you

How can sodium be good for you? • Salt aids blood sugar control by improving insulin sensitivity, it lowers adrenaline spikes, improves sleep quality, balances hormones, and makes food taste better
