  2. Role in Real Estate • The Real Estate role involves in a lot of options. Real Estate jobs such as the Real Estate Agent, which is the broker business transactions that include the property, or businesses. • The Salesperson is one of the main sectors of real estate profession. The duties of a salesperson is to mainly sell the property or business to were the owner is accepted of the price. • Auctioneer has a similar job as a Salesperson the difference between these two jobs is that the auctioneer makes the sales were as the Salesperson makes the sale

  3. Role in Real Estate • Property Manager: leases and manage residential, commercial, industrial and retail property on the property owners behalf. Some of the Property manger’s duties are the selecting tenants, collecting rent, arranging repairs, marketing the property, negotiating leases and rent reviews those are just some duties • There are still a hole lot more Roles in Real Estate they are just a few of the important roles

  9. Positive Features & Negative Features • A few positive features of investing in units and houses is that all of them have a positive and negative side. Some positive are good location and the investor can make money to pay of property. Couple of negative is that people can do damage to the property and people may not pay the rent.
