Voice of Nursing-Education Subcommittee “Community of Practice” Nursing Forum for telephone workflow enhancements • Initiated monthly nursing “Best Practice” calls for all Service-Area POS RNs (Adult Medicine & Pediatrics) as well as all Specialty Resource RNs. Calls led by the nurses themselves • Added a monthly newsletter from the Care Delivery team highlighting best practices and opportunities as well as system updates that can be used as a reference tool • Reviewed coaching goals & tools with nurse managers along with a reporting structure to help support more robust coaching practices between nursing leaders and staff RNs.
