  2. Resource • Driver plus one RCV or Gem vehicle accompanied by two loading operatives. operating from Victoria village. • Driver plus one Gem vehicle accompanied by two loading operatives. operating from Gladstone Park village.

  3. Method of Collection • Both teams using large builders type bags for the collection of the leaves with one trained loader operating a blower (not to use before 08.00) • Once collected then hand lifted in to rear of RCV.

  4. Equipment • 2 x Builders type collection sacks / Recycling Dept • 6 x Swish brooms • 6 x platform brooms • Gloves / Dry • 2 x blower units • 6 x Orange hi viz vests
