The Round the World Planner is a worldwide SATA contract Route Planner Helps you construct Round the World (RTW) tickets Browser based Easy display Creates printable routes NB: Your Sales Manuals contain the fares & conditions – prices are not quoted by the RTW Planner. If you do not have fares please contact your STA Travel Sales Manager.

    3. First time using the RTW Planner? If this is your first time using the RTW planner, you will need to download a viewer onto your PC – otherwise the RTW Planner will not work!

    5. How does it work? Step 1- Login using your: Agent Debtor Code and Sales Location Code

    28. … and that’s it! Once you have completed your route in the RTW Planner, just use your STA Travel Sales Manual to construct the correct fare to quote to your passenger.

    29. Please note the following: Routes listed in the Round the World Planner are available for sale in most (but not all) countries. If you do not have an airline contract for a particular route/carrier, please contact your STA Travel Sales Manager. Routes displayed in this training presentation are not the same routes as in the live system.
