STEP 1: • COMPLETE FOR EACH DEMOGRAPHIC: • Demographic: identify the demographic. • Brainstorm uses: list a series of possible uses for this product (choose one). • Image: describe, in detail, the image you plan to use in your advertisement. • Slogan/phrase/saying: determine a key text element to attract the viewer’s attention. • Product name: determine a name for your product that relates it to your demographic.
Example: • SAMPLE PRODUCT: A LARGE, FLAT SHEET OF PLASTIC: • Demographic: Female children (ages 4-7). • Brainstorm uses: roof for a fort, tea party table top, art canvas (choose art canvas). • Image: a young girl kneeling beside the plastic sheet with a brush in one hand and numerous paint containers around her on the floor.
