ANCIENT PEOPLE Transportation for ancient people was walking. Their transportation was to walk, not to ride wagons or trains. Ancient people ate crops such as squash, seeds and corn. Ancient People wore clothing made of fur. Ancient People lived in a cliff. People slept warm in the cliff.
ANCIENT PEOPLE Men's job was to hunt for game such as bison and some other types of food to eat and women cooked the food that men brought home. When men came home they ate food . Kid’s jobs were to shoot an arrow to become a man and hunt bison.
NATIVE AMERICANS Some of the ancient pipes of the Native Americans were as long as a man’s arm. Pipes are huge cigarette holder’s. Native Americans were almost like Ancient Peoples but they lived in teepees.
NATIVE AMERICANS Joseph was chief of the Nez Perce indians. Native Americans ate bison. Native Americans were almost alike.
Trappers and Fur Traders Buffalo bill was a trapper and a fur trader. Buffalo Bill was named later. In1878 Mountain Men traded with the Indians real metal knifes for knifes made out of rocks and bones. Mountain men rode horses and walked. Buffalo bill traded with Native Americans smoking pipes and beans. They ate bison and beans and planted corn and squash.
Pioneers and Gold Rush Houses had boarders and batten siding. The boarder goes vertical. They ate bison, beans, carrots, and squash. Their houses looked small, but they were actually big.
Territory/Early Statehood In 1916, Colorado adopts prohibition. Emily Griffith Opportunity School begins in Denver. Mining of tungsten causes a flurry in Boulder, Neder, and the area . They eat food such as beans, corn, squash, and bison.
