Logistics • 14 “cells” • 2 students per cell • 1 PC • 1 cisco router • 1 hub • 2 ethernet cables to central switches in back of room • PCs are installed with FreeBSD 4.0
Logistics • passwords • PCs login as “t2” password “t2@afnog” • root also “t2@afnog” • don’t change passwords, please! • don’t install resolvers, don’t ‘close security holes’ • be very careful when moving about, so you don’t • trip on power cords • knock equipment off tables
