  1. 19-20 Willmar Public Schools Infinite Campus Updates

  2. Few Secretary items to review • New face at the front– Gloria’s replacement: Staci Thorson • Changes to mention? • New Option on Report Cards to only Print Graded Tasks/Standards. Please email me if you would like this feature turned on for your building report cards. • Last Year Census > Mailing Labels > bug that non-household guardians/mailings did not print a label. Fixed over summer.

New to Student Info > GeneralSummary Tab layout, Schedule Tab & Walk-In Scheduler, Profile Tab PDF Summary Tab New and Classic View • New View • Show more to see additional student detail • Data in Cards • Links to update data in other areas such as People, Household, & Demographics • Classic View Option at bottom

New to Student Info > GeneralSummary Tab layout, Schedule Tab & Walk-In Scheduler, Profile Tab PDF Schedule Tab • The Schedule tab now includes a Calendar view and a Term view. • In the Calendar view, the student’s courses display in a Day, Week or Agenda layout. • In the Term view, the student’s courses display for the selected term and period schedule, and can be filtered. Visuals to more clearly determine where a student is at the current time. • Easier indication of when a student does not have a schedule course. • Updated calendar navigation to choose a different date and see the courses the student has for that day. Login to Campus to Show different views (MS Calendar)

  6. Review Student > Profile Tab • Tab existed last year, added ability to print the Student Profile tab that displays a current snapshot of the student's grades, attendance data, behavior incidents and course work. This is a read-only tab.

  7. Online Payments Re-deisgn • Fees > My Accounts > • Payment Methods • Payment History • Recurring Payments • Optional Payments (sports, activities, healthy treats) • Food Service • Click on student for detail • Click pay to add $ to account • After all payments selected, use Cart for check out • For security purposes with the change, Parents need to: • Re-Enter Credit/Debit Card info • Re-Enter Re-occurring payments such as food service

  8. New Parent/Student Portal • All the old tools and information parents are used to but added more tools and functionality. • Index defaults to student specific tools/data most used. • More icon at the bottom to access, household, family, address, health, lockers etc

  9. FRAM/POS updates • Guidelines updated for 19-20 • Messenger Preference added for just Food Service related messages. Auto flagged based off contacts General > messages flag. Also masse assigned to all student contact guardians.

  10. Teacher Updates • Schoology push to Campus • Control Center updates • Reports can now filtered and marked as favorites • Try New Look to Campus Instruction • CampusLearning.com link

Schoology push to Campus Campus Instruction > Grade book > Non-Campus Assignment Defaults Campus Instruction > Grade book > Uncategorized Assignments • Worked with Jason Hulstien to connect Schoology back to Campus to push assignments and scores into Campus to avoid creating assignments in both schoology and Campus.

Control Center UpdatesBased on teacher feedback to Campus Developers • Teachers can easily navigate past and future terms using arrow keys in the top right hand corner. • Updated section names to display on a separate line if a teacher has more than one section in a period. • # of students expected in the class is shown for each period in the attendance column. • Attendance and Assignment icon displays improved screens.
