  15. Asthma • Asthmais a condition that keeps people from breathing well. It is not contagious so you can not catch it from someone that has it. • When someone has asthma, they can have an asthma attack when they exercise. An inhaler can be used to help them breathe easier. Inhaler K1

  16. Benefits of Physical Activity It is important to participate in activities that increase your heart rate to keep your body healthy. When your body is healthy, you can play longer. K1
