  2. They found many exotic animals on ‘New Switzerland”. • They also found many plants that were very rare and some came from different parts of the world. • Some of these just couldn’t have existed together on the same island, like ostriches and palm trees.

  3. There were lots of animals and plants on the island. Some of them were more exotic than others and seemed out of place. Jackals Ostriches Monkeys Sago Palm

  4. When they were on the island, they made a number of vehicles for transport, like a litter to carry their mother, saddles for their steeds, kayaks, and a small automated paddler for their boat.

  5. Here are some of the vehicles they employed when they were on the island. Kayak Litter, or Sedan Chair Saddles
