Touching Commercial • Contains an element of surprise • Initial picture – a normal girl trying to look pretty by messing around with her mother’s cosmetics/make-up equipment • Actual fact – by cutting her own hair, the girl is trying to allow her bald brother who has undergone chemotherapy feel normal and accepted within the family • Appeal to emotions as well • Short but effective at proving a point
