  4. Login Screen Click Log In after entering ID and password

  5. Home Tab eBilling Activity list allows quick and easy access Let’s begin by viewing invoices View, search and create reports here

  6. View Invoices eBilling allows you to access current and previous invoices

  7. Pay Invoices Click View Invoice to proceed

  8. View Invoices These tabs allow you to view all aspects of your invoice Adjustments can be made (i.e. employees can be removed from the bill). Pay the invoice by clicking here Invoices can be printed for your records

  9. Create Payment Account Creating a payment account is easy

  10. Create Payment Account Simply enter the information for your bank account

  11. Create Payment Account Once your account is created click Next

  12. Pay Invoices Choose Payment Date and click Next

  13. Payment Confirmation Click Save to confirm your payment

  14. Payment Confirmation Success! You have now completed your payment. eBilling offers easy and convenient bill payment Get started today!

  18. Home Tab The To-Do List tracks enrollments that are not complete You may also search for or add new employees Let’s begin by adding a new employee The Home Tab greets you with many helpful features

  19. Adding A New Employee Enter the basic demographic information for the employee

  20. Begin Employee Elections Begin making elections by clicking start

  21. Electing Life Benefits Simply point and click to make elections

  22. Electing Life Benefits Choose the coverage level

  23. Electing Life Benefits Enter beneficiary information

  24. Electing Life Benefits Required fields are denoted by an asterisk (*).

  25. Electing Life Benefits Click Next to proceed to the next benefit

  26. Electing Life Benefits Choose coverage amount

  27. Electing Life Benefits Benefits displayed in eEnrollment will vary between groups Only benefits pertaining to your group will be displayed

  28. Electing Life Benefits Select coverage amount and click Next

  29. Confirming Elections Click Edit if any selections need to be changed

  30. Confirming Elections If the elections are correct, click here to save

  31. Employee Summary Census and benefit reports are available for the entire group via the Reports Tab Elections for this employee are complete As well as the Beneficiary Form A summary of the employee’s elections can be printed…
