Will a positive learning experience using distance tools help increase a person’s sense of self-efficacy? The Question Self-efficacy is a person’s beliefs about their capabilities.
In Theory If a person increases their sense of self-efficacy they will more likely finish their program of study. Having a strong sense of self-efficacy can enhance a persons’ well-being and provide a greater sense of accomplishment. Bandura (1994)
