Immediate and urgent requirements • Facilities needs – Step 1 • New pitch = £10K year 1 • New pitch = £50 - 70K year 2 • Mobile lighting for training = £15K year 1 • Planning and architectural work = £10K year 1 • Building work = £350K (est) year 2 How to raise funds internally? 2xRaffles, Programmes sales, Sponsorship, Donations, Buy a Brick Buy a square on the field…….. Etc. Ideas and discussion please!!
LEAD UP & LEGACY • Our Vision for 2015 will be optimised to support the RFU LEAD UP & LEGACY initiative. • Focused on facility, player and coaching development to maximise recruitment interest from world cup. • In order to do that we must invest now in facilities, infrastructure, playing and coaching. Time to start is now.
