Campus Profile • 408 buildings (197 maintained by Facilities) • 11.8 million Gross Square Feet (6.6 million maintained by Facilities) • 1,546 acres (576 acres maintained by Facilities) • 35% of our renovated space is over 25 years old • The technical complexity of our campus rates 3.24 out of 5.00

  3. Customer Satisfaction Survey Results • Fact - Custodial Staff maintain over 32,000 GSF per FTE. • Fact - Grounds staff maintain 10 acres per FTE. • Fact - Maintenance staff maintain over 70,000 GSF per FTE. • Results - Customer Service Satisfaction has improved or remained consistent since 2006. • “Feedback” has improved, but continues to be our biggest challenge.

  4. Customer Satisfaction Survey Results • In response to “My General Satisfaction with Facilities” 96% of survey respondents said our Customer Service met or exceeded their expectations

  5. Customer Satisfaction Survey Results • In response to “My General Satisfaction with Facilities has improved over the last 12 months”, 31% of respondents agreed and 9% strongly agreed.
