Job Status Management • NetSpot Console Displays a list of print and fax jobs on selected device from list of discovered devices • Netspot Job Monitor Displays a list of print and fax jobs on selected device and let end user manage submitted jobs. As a utility within device driver it enables the user get instant information on the status of submitted jobs(job completion notice) and errors(paper and toner out).

  8. Complementary Enchangement Tools • Netspot Resource Downloader A value added tool enabling devices extend it’s functionalities by controlling and managing colur profiles, fonts and macros downloaded onto devices

Netspot Accountant • Not a free Canon Utilty but a service. • Software program for the collection,analysis and control of records in a device(printer/copier). • Support of non-Canon printer. • Can be installed on a client PC or print server. (If no printserver install on all clients). • Maximum 500 users and 50 devices can be handled by Netspot Accountant.
