Humanitarian & Civic Outreach • Engineering Outreach Project: • Rehab of Civil-Military Clinic on Naval base • $10K from AFRICOM Humanitarian Assistance-other • 5 Seabees (NMCB 11), 15-20 NSH sailors &10 Senegalese military daily • Project Handclasp & Project ASPIRE Donations: • SN & US Embassy request during APS FTM & PDSS • 31 Pallets-medical, hygiene and clothing • 6 Donation sites identified by Host Nation & US Embassy • Recognition ceremony w/ US Ambassador & Min of Health • Great support from Civil Affairs planning & ADVON • Improved coordination resulted in positive feedback from Embassy and Host Nation

Commander’s Observations • Events well received by Senegalese Armed Forces and civilian community • Request for engagement with USAF, increased special forces engagement with USMC, additional SAR training • Strong USAID support for community outreach programs • ACSS Dakar Office interested in partnership opportunities
