10. DECISIONS For the management of the Integration, Testing and Operation Budget &Expenses of the AMS Experiment, a CERN account, under the control of A.J. Naudi and C. Saita, will be established Similar procedure to the LEP Finance Review Committee, LHC Resources Review Board

Naudi will contact the Funding Agencies at the Highest Level • Integration, Testing and Operation Budget (2006) and Expenses (2005) Approved (1 188 715.92 CHF) • Procedure for financing Integration, Testing and Operation Budget for the years 2005-2006 Approved. Invoices sent to each Participating Institution on June 14. Until now only Academia Sinica (Taiwan) and University of Turku (Finland) have paid • Date of the next meeting CERN, 20 November 2006, 14:30 • Two AMS FRC Meetings / year Spring Meeting: Approve the Expenses incurred in the Previous Year Autumn Meeting: Approve the Budget for the Next Year + Sharing among Participant Institutions
