This webinar provides guidance and instructions for completing the 2018-2019 data report for existing Early College High School programs. Topics discussed include continuation requests, student information, demographics, college credit, persistence rates, remediation-free rates, attainment, and assurances. Intended for Existing Programs 2018-2019 • Early College High School 2018-2019 Data Report – Excel Spreadsheet • ALL CONDITIONALLY APPROVED ECHS MUST COMPLETE THE REPORT • Letters are forthcoming from Chancellor Gardner and Superintendent DeMaria to finalize the “conditional” aspects of the approvals and requirements for moving forward into 2019-2020.
Data Reporting – Excel • Section A - Continuation Request • Select the appropriate line • Review the letter that was sent to your partnership for details on your conditional approval. • If your partnership has decided not to request exemption from College Credit Plus, select the third line. • Remember to operate under College Credit Plus statute and rules for 2019-2020.

Data Reporting – Excel • Section C – Student Information • Ohio Revised Code 3313.6013 requires prioritization of the three student sub-groups. • Tell us in Section C the number of students in each prioritization category. • If there are students who are not in the prioritization categories, include the numbers in that row. • Indicate if you have counted a student or students in more than one prioritization category by marking an X next to Yes or No.

Data Reporting – Excel • Section D – College Credit – Available & Earned • Reminder: ORC 3313.6013 requires ECHS offer at least 24 credit hours.
Data Reporting – Excel • Section E – Persistence Rates – High School • Tell us if students are persisting year to year while in high school.
Data Reporting – Excel • Section F – Persistence Rates – College • Tell us if students are persisting year to year in college. For this year, begin with number matriculated. Future years, we’ll need year to year persistence.
Data Reporting – Excel • Section G – Remediation-Free • First, report number of 2017-2018 graduates from your program. • Second, tell us how many enrolled in college.
