  3. Fawn Alexander – In Banking Sector • The first job held by Fawn Alexander in the banking sector was in the ATM- Debit Card Helpdesk. This was a dual position where her job responsibilities included creating operating procedures, accommodating disparities, troubleshooting issues with the card such as failures or declines, providing provisional credit, ATM balancing, general ledger balancing, and maintaining client workstation credit settlements reports.

After this first banking job, Fawn Alexander worked further in the banking sector as a customer banking associate, as part of her job responsibilities she reconciled customer accounts, research and resolve discrepancies to customer satisfaction, and trouble shot bill payment problems and issues

  6. Working in Technical Support department • Additionally she also manned the helpdesk for the Technical Support department and even worked in the collection department
