Liberal Party • Beliefs – • -Rights and freedoms of all peoples. • -Maximises individual and private sector initiative. • -Freedom of thought, worship, speech and association. • -Equal opportunity for all Australians; and the encouragement and facilitation of wealth so that all may enjoy the highest possible standards of living, health, education and social justice. • -Preserving Australia's natural beauty and the environment for future generations. • -Thatour nation has a constructive role to play in maintaining world peace and democracy through alliance with other free nations. • -In short, we simply believe in individual freedom and free enterprise; and if you share this belief, then ours is the Party for you. Principles – -Hope -Rewords -Opportunity Goals - -Real Solutions for all Australians” which explains the direction, values and policy. -Strong and prosperous economy and a safe and secure Australia -Make Australia an even better place

Australian Labour Party • Beliefs – • -Public ownership of key industries (trains and buses, energy companies etc)-Increased rights for workers (minimum wage, unions etc)-The welfare state (benefits like job seekers allowance)-Support the National Health Service and public education. Goals - - Better Health and Better hospitals -School reform -A tax plan for our future -Building better regional cities -National broadband -Strengthening Australia -Superannuation
