Competency Map (CM) &Competency Standars (CS) • Development of CS based on CM • CS is proposed by relevant stakeholders in CS commitee on : priority, regulation, impact for health, environment, and stategic position of CS on increasing national competitiveness • CS is sintesized using Regional Model Competency Standard (RMCS) in order to find basic function / competency units (smallest single job by 1 person on improving knowledge, skills, and work attitude) • Competency units are break downedinto competency elements and work performance criteria Pusat Perencanaan dan Pengembangan SDM

IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPETENCY STANDARD FOR SMEs in MoEF Competensy Units in CS are implemented as: • Guidance in Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) development • Guidance in instrument development regarding with Competency Test and identification of Human Resources Competency development • Guidance in curricula development based on competency and training moduls • Guidance in material arrangement for Competency Test in Competency Certification.
