Signs & Symptoms • Pain • Weakness or paralysis • Loss of sensation (numbness) • Parathesia (pins and needles) • Incontinence • Symptoms of shock • Priaprism in males • Deformity of the spinal column
Management • Safety • Airway and breathing • Immobilise in situ • Call for help • Reassure casualty
