  2. OUR HISTORY HEWS Fondation was established in 2010 by the Chairman and Managing Director of Rodot Nigeria Limited, MrRemi & MrsFunmi Adeseun.

  3. Our Vision Is to pull needy people out of poverty, ignorance, disease & homelessness.

  4. Our Mission We see our life’s work as organizing, mobilizing and championing the provision of decent H.E.W.S (Health, Education, Work & Shelter) for the needy

  5. Our Commitment: • To improve the quality of life of Nigerian children, young persons, adults, their families, our community and the society at large through charitable activities in the areas of Health, Education, Work & Shelter.

Services • Free Cleft Lip and Palate Surgeries • Education Grants & Scholarships • Micro-credit for Indigent Families • Health Intervention for Indigent Patients • Paediatric Trauma • Paediatric Cardiac Surgeries • Benign Oral Maxillofacial Surgeries • Community Service Initiatives • HEWS Kitchen • Share-My-Stuff etc.

ACHIEVEMENTS • 30 FREE CLEFT LIP/PALATE SURGERY Ondo 12, Ekiti 10, and Lagos 8. • 5 MICRO-CREDIT LOANS offered to beneficiaries, Ondo 3, and Lagos 1 • 2 EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS, Lagos • 1 PAEDIATRIC CARDIAC SURGERY, Lagos • 3 PAEDIATRIC ORTHOPAEDIC LEG AND LIMB SURGERIES, Lagos • Over 500 FREE MEALS SERVED, Lagos

  13. Beneficiaries of PaedatricOrthopaedic Surgeries KhadijatOtun was hit by a car on her way from school in May 2011 and was brought to LASUTH suffering from head injury and fracture of both legs. TomiwaOloruntoba, with her younger brother was knocked down by a hit and run driver on December 25th 2011 on their way from a Christmas party down their street t and suffered a fractured right leg.

Cost Estimates for 2012 PROGRAM THRUST • Average Cost of Cleft Lip/Palate Surgery = N120, 000 • Breakdown Screening N6,000 Surgery./Drugs N56, 000 Meals @ 500 pdN3,000 Sub-total: N65,000 Add Logistics N55,000 Total: N120,000 Average Cost of Providing Micro-credit = N50,000 • Average Cost of Orthopaedic Surgery = N200,000 • Average Cost of Benign Oral Maxillofacial Surgery = N90,000 • Cost of Local Basic Paedatric Cardiac Surgery to close up a hole in the heart = N800,000-N1.4mio • Cost of Overseas Paediatric Cardiac Surgery: > N5 mio
