ABOUT US Psycomm Research and Management Consultants is a heterogeneous team comprising of people from communication background, Sociology discipline, academicians and Researchers from the fields of Behavioral Science, Statistics, Advertising & Economics. Dr. SuvarnaSen, Managing Partner is a consulting Psychologist who has undertaken different counseling projects in Trauma Management, Stress Management and Psychometric Testing and Soft Skills areas. The other partner, Ms. DewphaMukherjeePatra, has the experience of several trainings in the area of communication for the field research workers, youths, sales executives & destitute children. This team has also engaged itself with various corporates to deliver Soft Skills training. We have also been engaged in doing Psychometric Assessment and Counseling for some organizations. The team has people in the research wing who have developed projects on community development programme, adolescent health training (Govt. of India sponsored Program), Life Skills for the development of mental health of the challenged ones.

5. PARTNER & FOUNDER MEMBER Dr SuvarnaSen Dr. SuvarnaSen has completed her PhD in Applied Psychology from Calcutta University. She has 22 years of teaching experience and has been associated with reputed Business Schools of India. She has been associated as a senior faculty of HR and Soft Skills and has served in the position of Director for the last three years. She has conducted Management Development Programmes for different organizations. Suvarna is the Joint Secretary of the Eastern Zonal Psychological Association. Suvarna has participated in various Seminars, Workshops and Conferences as speaker, nationally and internationally. Her key knowledge areas are Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Transactional Styles and Analysis, and other areas of Soft Skills. She also lends her services as a Consultant Psychologist and a Corporate Trainer. Some of the companies where she has rendered training are: LIC, GEC Alstom, Honeywell.

6. PARTNER & FOUNDER MEMBER DewphaMukherjeePatra Ms. DewphaMukherjeePatra has completed her MA in English from Calcutta University and PG Diploma in Marketing and Advertising from WBUT. She is also a qualified Trainer of the Cambridge Business English Communication Certificate courses conducted by The University of Cambridge, Local Examination Syndicate under the British Council, India. Dewpha has conducted various workshops on Communication Skills for different organizations like Max Wealth Life Insurance, CII, ABP Group (SanandaTilottama). She has also organized and conducted workshops on Effective Communication for the NGOs of Kolkata. Dewpha has a number of publications on ‘Effective Communication’, ‘Interpersonal Communication’, ’Cross culture Communication’ ‘Leadership Skills” and ‘Personality and Communication’ to name a few. She has represented her organizations at different Communication Skills workshops organized by YMCA, Orient Longman, The British Council and The Telegraph (TTIS) to name a few.

Faculty pool & Consultants Anindya Chatterjee Anindya Chatterjee completed graduation in Economics from Presidency College Kolkata, before going on to complete his Masters in Economics and MBA (Finance). He worked as a senior professional in Standard Chartered Bank for ten years before moving on to the IT industry in the BFSI segment. After completing a successful stint in this industry both in India and abroad, he went back to his passion of training in the areas of sales, customer relationship & retention management and soft skills. He has facilitated programmes for foreign banks, nationalized banks, private insurance companies and other professional institutions like Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has an overall work experience of 20 years.

8. Faculty pool & Consultants Dr. Diganta Mukherjee Dr. Diganta Mukherjee is an M.Stat from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata and Ph.D in Economics. He had been a Research Fellow at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. He had also been a Research Fellow at Ford foundation.He was a Visiting Fellow at The Institute for Social and Economic Research ( ISER ), University of Essex, Colchester, UK.He is a Visitor at Dept of Economics and Applied Economics and Management, Cornell University, Ithaca, USA. At present he is a Professor at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. Dr.Diganta Mukherjee is aLife Member of The Indian Econometric Society & Indian Statistical Institute.He has around fifty research papers published in reputed International and National Journals and is reviewer of many national and International research journals too.

9. Faculty pool & Consultants AnirbanDutta AnirbanDutta is a post graduate in Mass Communication. A marketer planner + ideator + designer + photographer + musician he has spent 20 years with The Times of India Group. He has marketed media solutions to over 1000 clients across the industry spectrum. He has managed teams of various sizes and types. He ideated and implemented consistently for incremental business generation and profitably managed and executed innumerable events, activations and ground activities Travelled extensively to execute turnkey business ventures profitably abroad, learning from international trends and best practices… • Environmental report in USA, France, Germany and UK • Mining and Machinery report in Germany, UK and Australia • Imaging report in USA, Singapore and Japan, and more… Was the honorary secretary of Advertising Club Calcutta from 2005 to 2007.now serving Calcutta Management Association as executive committee member. Anirban joined adcorp in 2009.

10. Faculty pool & Consultants AnweshaSen Anwesha did her Post Graduation in Sociology from Jadavpur University, after doing her graduation in Sociology from Lady Brabourne College. Her areas of specialization were issues of Globalization and Gender. Anwesha has also done a diploma on Soocial Work and Community services from National Council of Education, Bengal. At present, she is working as Research Assistant and Internship Coordinator at Sanlaap, India. She has had international exposures as a professional at Philippines and Bangladesh. Anwesha has a number of publications in terms of articles and research papers. Anwesha has also undertaken a number of academic projects in Sanlaap.

11. Faculty pool & Consultants Priya Roy Priya Roy completed her diploma in business and materials management and went on to handle her family business of cycles, spares and now fitness equipments. She has previously worked in the administrative and purchase department of a paper manufacturing company. Presently she is a visiting faculty of soft skills in various management institutes like IBS, Amity, Usha Martin Academy, Guru Nanak Engineering, B.P. Poddar and Ram Krishna Mission. Dr MeenuSareen Dr MeenuSareen is an Industrial Psychologist. She has 22years of work experience in academics, training and research. Dr. Sareen teaches HR specialization papers. She is attached to premium Business Schools. She conducts training programs and worshops for corporates.  Dr. Sareen is also involved in workplace counselling.
