In this activity, participants share and reflect on their observations, choosing the most surprising, in-depth, unique, confusing, and strange ones. They then explore the needs and meaning behind these observations and make their artifacts shareable. Finally, the team shares their stories and learnings about the people they met, morning routines, and pit stops.
