What is the A-Town ThrowDown? • Continuation of SPORTSFEST, which has been a 20 year tradition in the Lehigh Valley • One of the East Coast’s premier summer youth basketball tournaments • Features teams from all over the East Coast and most of the Lehigh Valley • Multiple divisions of teams • Boys Varsity • Boys JV • Boys risers (8th and 9th grade) • Youth boys (ages 10-12) • Men alumni classic • Three Point Shooting Contest • Slam Dunk Contest • Family friendly event with activities for everyone • Event takes place at Cedar Beach sports area • Produced by Camp AWESOME! And Lehigh Valley Basketball Rankings (LVBR). July 5-8, 2018 Cedar Beach Park 2600 Parkway Boulevard Allentown, Pennsylvania

A-Town ThrowDown • Over 100 teams in 2017 • Teams from Western PA, Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey and France battled teams from the Lehigh Valley • Tournament Format • Round Robin Pool Tournament • One (1) pool play game on Thursday or Friday • Two (2) pool play games on Saturday • Playoffs and Championships on Sunday • Past events broadcast on Service Electric TV2

  3. A-Town ThrowDown • Our mission thrives with your support. Our volunteer staff and our sponsors are the lifeblood of the event. • As an event sponsor, your organization, products and services will be well publicized and marketed through TV, radio, social media outlets, banners, as well as seen and heard by more than a hundred thousand athletes and spectators during the event. • Your sponsorship gift is used to pay for operating costs including: • security and traffic control • set up and tear down • park maintenance • stages and sound systems • installing utilities (electric, restrooms) • event insurance • tent, table, chair and equipment rentals, etc. • We also provide the athletes and volunteers with t-shirts, food, drinks and awards.
