What are DNA and RNA? DNA and RNA are two different nucleic acids found in the cells of every living organism.
Structure DNA and RNA are composed of repeating subunits called nucleotides. Nucleotides are composed of three parts. 1. A phosphate group 2. A 5- carbon sugar 3. A nitrogen base
Nitrogen Base Pairs DNA and RNA each have 4 nitrogen bases. DNA RNA Adenine Uracil Cytosine Guanine Adenine Thymine Cytosine Guanine The difference in the base pairs for DNA and RNA are thymine in DNA and Uracil in RNA. In DNA adenine pairs with thymine and cytosine pairs with guanine. In RNA adenine pairs with uracil and cytosine pairs with guanine
