Assign Cart Enhancements • Streamline and simplify the cart assignment processing when requestors are out of the office for an extended period of time. • Improved order tracking for MPathways ePro User with enhanced email notifications.
Assign Cart Enhancements • Definitions: • Browse Only User – Individual who creates carts and than sends them to another user for submission. • MPathways ePro User – User who receives cart assignments and fills in the proper details. Submits the ePro requisition once all information has been added and reviewed. • Substitute Requestor - MPathways ePro User who will complete cart assignments on behalf of another MPathways ePro User. • Assign Cart Substitution • Provides the ability for a MPathways ePro User to select a substitute. • All carts assigned to the MPathways ePro User will be automatically redirected to the substitute requestor. • Browse Only User will be notified via the assigned cart confirmation screen that their cart has been assigned to a substitute requestor.
Assign Cart Substitution When an MPathways ePro User is going to be out of the office for an extended period, they can select a substitute requestor. On the drafts carts tab a user can Assign a Substitute and End a Substitution. Click to search and select a substitute Current substitute. Click to end substitution
Substitute Notification Browse Only User will be notified via the assigned cart confirmation screen that their cart has been assigned to a substitute requestor. Current substitute. Click to end substitution
Assign Cart Notes in History • Shopper’s assignment note will be added to cart history audit trail. If a use adds a note during the cart assignment process the note will be included in the assigned cart e-mail notification and the cart history tab.
Assign Cart Email Notifications • MPathways ePro Users will be able to receive all M-marketsite cart and purchase order notification associated with carts submitted as part of the cart assignment process. • To receive these e-mails the user must turn on the new email preference “Receive PR and PO Notifications for Cart Assigned to Me”.
Assign Cart Email Notifications To turn on the new Email notification select the check box for the “Receive PR and PO notifications for Carts Assigned to Me” Email preference with in your M-marketsite my profile, Email Preferences.
Field Help Enhancements • Help pop-up have been updated to have a modern look and feel. • Specific field help will display help for the entire page. The selected field will be highlighted.
