  3. CEH Activities • BTSA • Reviewing chemicals used during fracking • Advising on Risk Characterization • BWSP • Reviewing potable water supply protections / concerns • Developing data management tools • BERP • Evaluating NORM • Evaluating experiences in other States

  4. Potable Water Supply Concerns • Review of parameters, distances, and frequency • Evaluation of sampling protocols • Review of available sampling methods • Data reporting, handling and review

  5. Next Steps • Continue to support DEC as requested • Continue to evaluate case studies • Continue working with Counties to address concerns • Develop recommendations for NYSDEC
