CPDs facilitate travel Carnets de Passages en Douane (CPD) facilitate the temporary admission of road motor vehicles by providing security for the payment of any Customs duties and import taxes chargeable should the vehicles not be re-exported.
CPDs are required in 78 countries AIT & FIA guaranteeing and issuing associations located in 85 countries AIT & FIA CPD guaranteeing and issuing chain
