  2. On Tuesday, July 28th. Broodstock lakes were stocked. No clips, all PIT tagged Elkhart lake 875 fish 413 lb. Anderson Lake 532 fish 251 lb. Archibald lake 1176 fish 555 lb. On Wednesday July 29th Primary sites around Green Bay were stocked. All fish were given an RV clip, 800 also had PIT tags inserted. Fox River 2,000 fish 944 lb. Menominee River 1,000 fish 472 lb. Peshtigo River 517 fish 244 lb. Little Sturgeon Bay 1,000 fish 472 lb. Sawyer Harbor 614 fish 290 lb. Planting Update ofMichigan Fish

  3. On Thursday July 30th Secondary sites, spread out remaining fish. All fish were given an RV clip, 496 also had PIT tags inserted. Oconto River 491 fish 232 lb. Pensaukee River 480 fish 227 lb. Suamico River 246 fish 116 lb. Lake Butte des Morts 235 fish 111 lb. Lake Poygan 415 fish 196 lb. Total Muskies loaded onto trucks. 9,581 fish weighing 4,523 pounds.They averaged 13.6 inches long and were 7.6 oz. each (about two fish per pound) The paper work showed we brought in 12,784 fish from the terrific Wolf Lake fish Hatchery in Michigan, for a survival of more than 75% (the fish that died during harvest were not counted in any totals) This was a huge undertaking to harvest, mark and stock all these fish could not have been done without the help of dozens of people from around the state helping the staff at the Wild Rose Fish Hatchery.
