Camden LMLE – Supply Side Primary CLC LMLE Accredited staff 2 day training for adopters Advice and lead on administration Adhoc sessions CLC/school LMLE for sharing resources Modelling rooms • Hands on Support • Long running programme of consultancy visits to Primary schools 2,3 or 4 day classroom support on consecutive weeks • LMLE accredited consultants • Menu of activities related to core software • LMLE used to deliver and store activities • Resource room imported into school building or Guest usernames for staff and pupils. • Termly day at CLC with optional LMLE workshop • Adopter process • SLTs led by known HoS consultant • Training at CLC by familiar staff • Visit post training by LGfL Consultant • HoS focus has to be LMLE • Show and Tell sessions led by LGfL CC • LGfL Consultant(s) • Review visits using evaluation Matrix • Manage Show and Tell event • Web Fronter support for SIS service eg CEBP www.webfronter.com\camden\ebp

  10. Developing the Supply Side • Develop rooms in partnership with owners • Support Administrators with LMLE room • Develop capacity to create webfronter sites • Target LGfL CC’s to support curriculum dialogue in schools • Develop a simple collection of house style elements

  11. Developing the Demand side Establish scheme for grouping Encourage talk about and share work of individual practitioners Target KS5 courses where dialogue matches Fronter tools Rooms to support school assemblies especially Scaffold reading groups in primary schools Etc etc……..!
