What worked at GGS • Lead at SLT level (line management) • Set up Fronter faculty consultations (cross-curricular) with reps from every faculty-leading Fronter • Fronter team (managerial, technical, administrative roles defined – weekly meetings) • Built site map based on Consultations with each faculties (Linus & Britt) • Identification of permissions for each page (priority)

What worked at GGS Cont’d • Worked on faculty rooms first x3 consultations • 1st Consultation – identify content/resources for dept page • 2nd Consultation – access rights for each faculty • 3rd – Training on managing dept own Fronter page- taking ownership • Set up student e-champion group which met weekly to develop student rooms and classrooms

11. Why USO? • USO gives you access to a wide range of resources both within and outside of school – all with a single username and password.

Ease of administration • When new members of staff or student’s details are entered into the MIS (e1), a series of automated processes occurs that greatly eases the workload for school support staff. • This also greatly improves the accuracy and consistency of the data held on different systems.
