MH NEW RBD REALIGNMENT • MH is preparing to enter the One World Alliance, for which there is a requirement to remap the class and cabin designators. • MH operates a B747 with a cabin configuration F/C/Y, here J is a sub • Class in Cabin C. Effective 26 September 2011 as an Alliance requirement MH will realign the compartment in the aircraft as F/J/Y, now C is a sub class of Cabin J.

  7. FARE FILING • Only RBD change in Fare Basis. • Eg :- LLF1MMY  OLF1MMY • No change to: • Fare rule • Fare value • Fare brand • Target completion – 23 SEP 2011

BOOKING FLOW Flight Date 03 Oct 26 Sep Booking date • Booking created/change between 26 Sep to 03 Oct for flight departure before 03 Oct will have old RBD and will Ticket • under the old RBD fare basis. • Booking created/change between 26 Sep to 03 Oct for flight departure on / after 03 Oct onwards will have new RBD and will • Ticket under the new RBD fare basis.

NESTING STRING • Change configuration table. • Cabin rename • F-Cabin  F-Class • C-Cabin  J-Class • Y-Cabin  Y-Class • Reallocate existing bookings to new RBD. • SSR Seat selection maintained • SSR items maintained • TTL maintained • Update Code share table • Update TTL table. • Update TTL table on 28 Sep2011 • Only 1 TTL table maintain – all new/change booking for flight departure 29 Sep2011 onward will follow new TTL .

TICKET REVALIDATION • Revalidate Tickets • For flight departure 01JAN12 onward • MH Tickets • Will be done at all station by • Res & Tktg staff. • No Ticket Notification to • booking source required. • OA Tickets • GIR to advise Partner airlines on SPA tickets to reissue • GDS agents to advise OA to reissue As @ 27Jul2011

GDS action on all New Realigned PNR’s for all MH flights departure ON / After 03OCT11 onwards :- • MH New RBD Realignment PNR’s • Will be automatically placed in the Travel Agent action queues through the GDS’s system. • The Travel Agent staff will only update the UN / TK segments • and end transaction. • No requirement to revalidate the Tickets as MH HQ will revalidate all Tickets. • GDS agents to advise OA to reissue if the Ticket is issued under • OA documents.
