LEARNING OBJECTIVES The purpose of the webinar series is to: • Share workforce planning concepts and tools used during the workforce planning process to support Center/Office management in their workforce planning efforts.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES The learning objectives of thiswebinar are to: • Understand the alignment of workforce planning at multiple organizational levels • Become familiar with the Center/Office-level workforce planning resources
ALIGNMENT • Workforce planning at the USGS happens at three levels—local, sub-bureau (also known as mission area and region), and bureau. • These three levels facilitate both a top-down and bottom-up approach to workforce planning. • Center and office-level workforce planning informs higher level planning, and vice versa.
