Defining problem • Main problem stated are: • Visa problem – procedure and time needed for getting visas; • Youth/student exchanges, programs and implementation of Bologna process; • Lack of information on regional networks regarding voluntary service; • Lack of information network in general. • Lack of funds and bad economical situation.
The audience • Youth, students, youth and other NGOs; • National institutions – ministries for foreign affairs, education, culture, work and social affairs; • International institutions – EU commission, embassies, youth related organization on EU level and other international organizations. • Business organizations - companies and foundations.
How to overcome problems and send SMS? • Pressure through networking!!! • Build youth network in region and share information; • Initialize actions of relevant institutions regarding visa problem; • Ask for intergovernmental agreement; • Lobby relevant institutions and universities for implementing Bologna; • Demand precise time table considering visas and Bologna; • Increase motivation and awareness of young people, they can do things!!!
