  2. Art B Day 8 Printing Your Lino Block

  3. Agenda • Go over what we did last time • Pick up graded work from previous class • Demo on how to write an artist statement & rubric. • Print lino block relief prints and turn in with artist statement & rubric. • Exit pass

  4. Last Time • We listened to a demo on how to print our image out of the lino blocks. • We finished carving the image by the end of class. • If you were not here you will need to go onto the website www.mrsfrancesconi.weebly.com or check the while you were out binder and make up these assignments.

  5. Studio Goal • Print your linoblock 10 times by the end of class, testing out at least two different types of paper. • If you have not completed your project by the end of class you will need to make time before or after school to catch up. • Remember you need to show part positive space removed and part negative space removed. • If you are done early then you will need to draw for extra credit, print extra prints, work on stuff you have missing, work on anything from another class, or read.

  6. Exit Pass • You need to turn in your 10 images by the end of class printed on at least two different types of paper. • You must also turn in an artist statement & rubric using at least 3 art terms. * See you next class *
