Follow along with the group. Screen shot your summary page at the end and upload for credit. • 30 Days • Start – April/May
2019 Continued • “Pick Your Plan & Stick With It” • June • 30 Days • Paper or On-line • Pick something that you have been wanting to do, but have had trouble committing to. See that project through for 30 days and we’ll give you credit. • Examples (Simply to give you ideas) • Attending the gym 3 or 4 days a week consistently • Tracking your food on your favorite App • Getting your 10,000 steps • Keto • CrossFit • Couch to 5K • Jazzercise
2019 Continued • “30 Miles in 30 Days” • September • 30 Days • Paper or On-line • Adapt this program to your fitness level and activity. At a minimum we want you out of your seat and moving. At minimum Journal when and where you got your mileage (30 Miles/30 Days). • More Advanced – Set your own goal. What kind of mileage do you want to get in 30 days. • If On-line, simply upload a screen shot of the summary of any device you are using showing the work you’ve put in!
