Vision To develop Millbay and Stonehouse as an attractive mixed-use neighbourhood that maximises its rich heritage, using the redevelopment sites around the water as a catalyst for further regeneration throughout the area. This will lead to the creation of a unique high quality environment, attractive to investors and new residents and improving the quality of life of existing residents.
