How Many Hours Of Sleep Do You Need? • Teens need from 9-9 ¼ hours of sleep a day, if teens don’t get this amount of sleep regularly it can affect there body clock. • Children need from9.75-10.75 hours of sleep a day.

Body Clock! • Your body clock is located in your brain. • Things that affect your body clock are:- • Light • Dark • Meal Times • Hunger • Temperature • Social Activities
Relaxing Methods. • Deep thorasic breathing: Breath slowly and deeply for 3 seconds and keep raising it until you get to 5 seconds. • Visualization: Visualize your favourite thing or place to help relax yourself.
Massaging!! • Massage can help you relax your body. There is lots of different techniques you can try. You can even make up some of your own. You can even play some relaxing music during your massage.
