Work Spandage up the arm. 5 4 6 Grab the Spandage with your hand and stretch it across the chest to the opposite side. While holding it in place use both hands to tear an opening large enough for the head and arm to fit through. Insert head and arm through the opening. Continued on next page

Start with at least a 24” length of Spandage Cut an opening through both layers of Spandage. Start your cut about 6” to 7” below one end of the Spandage. 4 5 6 Place your hands in the end opposite the holes or openings (similar to putting on a T-shirt).
