Deliverables • END OF DAY 3- Have concept art chosen and scaled in preparation for beginning of “Block Modeling”. • END OF DAY 5- Have the Upper Torso, Lower Torso and Legs built and ready for rendering. • END OF DAY 8- Have Hands and arms ready for attachment to Torso. • END OF Day 10- Have Hands and arms attached to torso and ready for rendering. Have initial feet/footwear built and ready for attachment. • END OF DAY 12- Have eyes built and ready for rendering. Have initial nose built and ready for attachment to eyes to complete the “Mask”. • END OF DAY 14- Have mouth built and ready for rendering. Have initial ears built and ready for attachment to the “Mask”. • END OF DAY 18- Have character model built and ready for rendering. Begin application of UV texturing. • END OF DAY 20- Have UV texture applied and ready for final rendering. • slide 5 of 8 • Project Risk Management • The following is a quick list of potential risks involved during the completion of this project. • Loss of power- loss of all unsaved work. • Computer crashing- loss of all unsaved work. • Natural disaster destroying equipment- loss of all work not saved off site. • For information on severity of each potential risk please reference the Risk Register.
