Class Descriptions Abs Blast: 15-minutes of intense abdominal training and low back conditioning. This class is perfect for strengthening that mid-section! Body Sculpt: This 45-minute strength training class will help you tone muscle and build endurance; incorporating fast paced circuits, free weights, body bars and resistance bands. Boot Camp: Put your body to the test in this 45 minute high intensity workout. We will challenge every body part in this class using little or no equipment. Creativity is the key to fun in this class! The sky is the limit! Cardio Kick: a 45-minute, fast-paced kickboxing based class. Working through drills and combinations of kicks and punches, you’ll keep your heart rate high and energy higher! Circuit Training: a 60-minute interval class incorporating both cardiovascular and strength segments! Kickboxing: a 45-minute power-packed class designed to challenge your endurance and coordination. Basic boxing punches and kicks are patterned into short combinations. Lower Body Blast: a 45-minute class designed to strengthen and tone the glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, abdominals and low back. Pilates: a 60-minute class designed to increase core strength, flexibility and balance with a progressive series of exercises that focus on breathing and mindful movement. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Recharge: in 45-minutes we’ll take you away from the desk and your stress. Incorporating yoga, Pilates, and traditional stretches, you’ll be able to relax and recharge for the day! Step: a 45-minute class sure to power up your day. You will leave class feeling energized! Everything will be broken down, so this class is appropriate for all levels. Total Body Conditioning: Want to focus on the whole body? This class is for you. Highly effective and intense muscle work to shape and firm your entire body. Abs absolutely included! Tone and Firm: this 45-minute class will test every muscle you have! Using dumbbells, resistance bands, body bars…anything goes. Yoga: a 60-minute yoga class using traditional yoga poses. Strength and flexibility meet to lengthen the muscles and clear the mind. The class can be modified for all fitness levels. The schedule is subject to change due to low participation and instructor availability.
